Once your order is placed it will be reviewed and accepted by a member of our team and you will receive an email confirming your order. if your order is unclear you will receive a callback. If you need to change your order after it has been accepted please contact your location via telephone NOT email or it may not be seen in time :) If you indicate extra items such as extra sauce cups or cheese it will be added to the total price. If you order ahead for a specific time and your timing isn't flexible please let us know in the comments. We do our best to deliver within a 15 minute timeframe of the requested time but cannot guarantee delivery times down to the minute . We hope you all understand :)
Some locations have multiple delivery zones. A small delivery fee (which goes 100% to your driver) may apply and you will see this on your online order. Minimum Orders are indicated in the system based on where you reside. Our Lower Sackville delivery radius extends into Bedford from Oakmount to the Eaglewood/Shore Drive area and Clayton Park delivers into parts of Larry Uteck.
Please note there may be slight menu differences between locations as well as special pricing at certain locations. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please request Debit/Credit Machine when ordering as not all drivers carry machines. Also, Kindly advise if you are paying with a $50 or $100 bill as drivers carry a maximum of $40 in change.
If there is EVER a problem with your order please CALL your location immediately for a replacement. It is our policy to replace an incorrect pizza provided not more than 1/4 eaten (ie) wrong toppings. Please DO NOT email or message us on Social Media if you require immediate assistance as these are only monitored 9am-5pm Monday through Friday.
If you order online through a third party delivery service such as Uber Eats or Doordash we do not guarantee pricing, quality of the food or service as we cannot control or monitor the conduct of third party services and if there is a problem with your order you must contact them.
